A happiness coach recommended this. Writing this list made me really happy. Doing everything on it will make me even happier. I recently turned 24 and I was thinking about the 50 things that would make me happy at age 24. It is not in order of importance lol.
- Go to Japan
- Go to a Sam Smith concert
- Visit my Grandma in Nigeria
- Get into business school
- Get annual check up done
- Play Wordle daily
- Remember Nigerian Mother’s Day and American Mother’s day are different days
- Call Grandma on her birthday
- Call parents on their birthday
- Spend more time with my siblings
- See long distance bestie at least once
- Get double ear piercing for the vibe
- Grow blog audience
- Get 1000 followers on @genzfirebaby instagram
- Get dental cleanings + look into Invisalign
- Therapy every month
- Create and sustain a morning routine
- Drink at least 3 glasses of water daily – don’t judge me lol
- Go watch a movie in theaters every other month
- Do at least 12 mins of exercise daily
- Karaoke
- Celebrate my friends’ birthdays
- Talk to my dad more
- Find new animes
- Watch exciting kdramas
- Get a pedicure – try it out, is it a vibe or what?
- Do braids/try new hairstyles
- Pray daily
- Donate more!
- Sleep on my bed more and on the couch less
- Get promotion or pay increase at work
- Take all my sick time and vacation time!
- Spend Christmas/New Years with my family
- Go on a short solo trip
- Remove/sell clutter in my space
- Continue spending with intent monthly
- Find 1 new podcast
- Support other financial content makers on Instagram
- Positively impact my direct reports at work
- Learn a new or profitable skill
- Ask for things I want even if the answer is no

- Have more happy days than sad days – Journal more
