Gen Z Guide to FI

Baby when you finally… get to love somebody..guess what! Its gonna be Mayyyy. I always give myself the opportunity to splurge in May. I know we are in June but my heart is in May. Last month, I spent on 2 things that will bring joy.

The first was wireless noise cancelling headphones. I got a $250 gift card from work and while I initially debated using it for essentials, I decided it to spend it on myself. I got it for $170.

The second purchase was Sam Smith concert tickets. I regretted not going when I was in college so I promised to go to their next concert. I’m very excited. The tickets were $96.50 which is not too bad. I will only spend over $200 to see Bad Bunny. The Bad Bunny concert I went to last year is the standard for all concerts moving forward.

Overall, I’m happy with both purchases. I am proud of myself for spending money on things I value. I still cringed when I get the checkout button though.
